Yamamoto® Nutrition Alpha Lipoic Acid is a dietary supplement indicated for supplementing dietary lipoic acid. Lipoic acid is an enzymatic cofactor of pyruvate dehydrogenase, naturally produced by the body and present in small amounts in some foods.

alpha lipoic acid, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; capsule (coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Consult your doctor before using this product. In rare cases, lipoic acid may cause hypoglycemia. Not recommended for diabetics. Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
