Received a product and want to return it? No problem!
Returns are quick and easy! You have up to 30 business days from receiving your order to return it, either by express courier, Poste Italiane, or by visiting our warehouse directly, depending on your needs.

If you decide to proceed by post or courier, you will be responsible for the shipping costs, while we will cover the return shipping of the replacement item.

Or you can return the product to the courier,
at the time the replacement item is delivered, with a shipping cost of €11.00.

If you've requested a refund for your purchase, it will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse. For more details on refunds, please see the "General Terms and Conditions of Sale" section.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the appropriate fields on the form.
  • Follow the instructions and indicate the items you wish to return.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions as soon as your return request is approved.

ARE THERE ANY RETURN CHARGES?

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility. If you exchange the product, we will cover the shipping costs for the new one. You can return the item by express courier or Poste Italiane.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

WHICH ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

You can return all items within 30 days of receiving your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition
  • Clothing must not have been worn or washed
  • The product must be returned in the original, well-sealed package.

Freebies or promotional items are non-returnable !

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item. We'll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, along with any reasons.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, within 10 business days.
