The bruise plate is mainly used in ring sports, during matches or training.
It should be kept on ice and, when needed, placed on a low surface (without pressing on it) to allow the fluids to drain, preventing them from stagnating and thus causing excessive swelling.
It can be used to reduce swelling on cheekbones, eyebrows, shins, and other areas of the body that may occur during a match or training session.
Caution! The hematoma plate must be used by expert hands: some swellings can be more or less severe and therefore require more careful and gentle treatment to avoid worsening the fighter's condition.
