BCAA TABS by Yamamoto® Nutrition is a matrix composed of 100% branched chain amino acids in a 2:1:1 ratio , obtained through plant fermentation . Branched chain amino acids (BCAA – Branched Chain Amino Acid) are 3 amino acids that are part of the group of essential amino acids, that is, those that the human body is not able to synthesize autonomously in sufficient quantities to satisfy its needs, and which must therefore be must be taken through the diet .
