The product is made with an innovative 4:1:1 ratio (4 parts L-Leucine, 1 part L-Valine, and 1 part L-Isoleucine). Branched-chain amino acids are recommended for supplementing the diet of athletes who train daily. The formula is also enriched with vitamin B1, which supports normal energy metabolism, and vitamin B6, which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the maintenance of normal protein and glycogen metabolism.
